This arrived quickly and well packaged. Very nice in fact! The flat iron is perfect. It heats up quickly and seems to keep the heat while using. It doesn't pull my hair or feel sticky. It is the perfect size for me to quickly straighten my shoulder length hair. The on/off switch is inside with the plates so no accidentally switching it off during use. There is a light to show it's on. It has a long cord. The red pouch is really nice altho I haven't used it yet, nor have I used the oil yet. I would definitely recommend this flat iron!
